Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at AetherMek, you'll help design and ship the platforms that power our product ecosystem. You'll work across the stack — from thoughtful APIs and reliable infrastructure to polished product experiences — in a team that values craft, ownership, and clear communication.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship features across frontend and backend services
• Own technical decisions for reliability, performance, and developer experience
• Collaborate with design and product to turn ideas into production-ready software
• Write clean, tested code and review work from teammates with care
• Improve systems for observability, deployment, and quality
• Mentor engineers and help raise the bar for engineering excellence

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience building production web applications
• Strong proficiency with modern TypeScript/JavaScript and React
• Experience designing APIs and working with relational databases
• Comfortable shipping in a product-led, iterative environment
• Clear written and verbal communication across remote teams
• A bias for ownership, quality, and pragmatic decision-making

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Background building multi-tenant SaaS products
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing strategy, and observability tools
• Interest in AI-assisted product workflows
