About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you'll partner with product and growth teams to define metrics, build reliable reporting, and uncover insights that shape what we build next.
What You'll Do
- Define and maintain core product and growth metrics
- Build dashboards and analyses that inform roadmap decisions
- Partner with teams to frame questions and validate hypotheses
- Improve data quality and documentation across sources
- Support experiments with clear measurement plans
- Communicate insights in a way teams can act on
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of analytics experience in product or growth environments
- Strong SQL skills and comfort with modern BI tools
- Ability to translate ambiguous questions into clear analyses
- Experience communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to data quality and reproducibility
- Familiarity with experimentation and funnel analysis
Nice to Have
- Experience with dbt, warehouses, or event instrumentation
- Python or R for deeper analysis
- Background in SaaS retention and activation metrics
- Exposure to product analytics platforms
